When you need to transport cargo from point A to point B, especially if it’s a dry bulk commodity, it’s best to charter a ship. If you have cargo to deliver, our company will make sure you will have a ship to transport it.
WHAT WE OFFER
We make sure that our clients get exactly what they need. We offer different types of charters depending on your needs:
A bareboat charter is when a charterer gains full control and the responsibility of a ship. The charterer has to take care of hiring a crew as well as to make sure that the ship gets the needed technical maintenance. A bareboat chartering usually lasts for several years, and it might end in a charterer returning the ship to the owner or by the owner offering a ship for sale. Bareboat chartering is used for renting tankers and bulk transporters. So in the end, the charterer might be interested in buying the ship. For example, the owner can offer an LPG tanker ship or LNG tanker ship for sale.
Time charter might last from several months to several years. The owner of the ship manages the vessel. For instance, the maintenance and the crew are managed by the owner, but paying charges in ports, paying for the fuel, daily hire is at the expense of the charterer. Used for sale shipping and transporting different bulk and cargo.
A voyage charter is best when you need to transport cargo or bulk only once. A voyage charter means hiring a ship for one voyage between two ports - a load and discharge port (from point A to point B). Usually, the charterer pays considering the tonnage he is transporting (per ton basis), or on a lump-sum basis.
Our company will help you to figure out what type of ship is best for your purposes. Whether you are interested in a sale free shipping or in transporting cargo/bulk, our team will find a suitable vessel in the best condition.
